QUOTE(tehoice @ Aug 2 2018, 10:57 AM)
tested the coffee, not too bad, and at a rental price of RM1 per month with a min RM21.6 per month for the capsules, i get myself a set at home.

now, the investment part kicks in only after that.

i was told that the the "Subscription (some call it licence)" the company will issue is 20,000 units, and max per person per name can subscribe to 10 of them and one can only invest in a maximum of 30 coffee machines, something not right here because:

a. 1 subscription you can house any number of machines up to 30 being the max under one name. then why do you need 10 subscriptions/licences?

b. was also told that every subscription you refer you can get RM800, so if you take it yourself, your subscriptions/licences will be effective RM2000 instead of RM2800 (current price now).

c. if you manage to refer/sell/take up 6 subscriptions/ licences (in addition to the one you already have), you will get yourself RM4800 + a trip to Australia for free (flight + accomodation + food for 1 pax) as reward.

d. the guaranteed return they offer:

scenario A
Subscription 1 - RM2800
Coffee Machine - RM3750 (RM750 x 5 units)
promised return = 15% pa on RM3750
Return is at least RM562.50 per annum and is distributable on quarterly basis

scenario B
Subscription 1 - RM2800
Coffee Machine - RM7500 (RM750 x 10 units)
promised return = 20% pa on RM7500
Return is at least RM1500 per annum and is distributable on quarterly basis

under all scenarios, if the company is unable to place out your invested machine, will refund to you that portion + 5%, say 5 machines RM3750 + RM187.50

but i think you lose out RM2800 for the subscription fee, which they say you can sell/transfer/assign after 1 year right?

Remark: the subscription/licence and machine investment price per unit will go up, it was RM2650 and RM699 respectively last time. and you can quit your investment too.

this is a bit too good to be true, no?

ckwong111, understand that you have invested, it's been about 7 months on now. how's the return to you? you should get your money twice already right?

is worth to sign up for the RM1 rental coffee machine, not worth to signup to be a ipartner.

there is a few item u miss out.

1- The machine warranty is only 5yrs. after that ,each machine u have to pay rm30+- for annual maintenance fee.
2- This most likely to be a one way ticket, you buy and own the machine, after 5yrs nobody want to buy a non warranty unit with standard price. U have to trade off your 2nd hand unit only u can get back your money.
3- The license until now still very sufficient ,everyone still get new license
4- 2nd hand coffee machine no value due to no warranty and have to pay maintenance fees.
5- This is not Money game cos they dont have up down line, only 1 time incentive for active member, sales.

If you want to invest the Plan is like this.
1. you have to wait 5yrs to get your money return[they borrow your money 5yrs and pay u back slowly]20% each yr.
2. then after they return 100% your money , they reduce your payment to 15% cos u have to pay back maintenance fees after 5yrs.
3. profit start after the 6th yrs .

the cycle is complete and will work, just slow.
