Rahsk, I'm manage to sell back but with half of the price because I do not want to continue due to they're company policy changed.
I do not think now this company need investor already as they already enough capital to run the business.
Better think twice before you be next water fish.

that seem to be the catch when you want to liquidate the machine/package/license. need a buyer that willing to pay of same price.

Invest RM900 x 10 units Coffee machine = RM9000
License fees = RM2900 (5 year)
Total invest RM11,900

Every year guarantee 20% return
RM9000 x 20% = RM1800/year
RM1800 x 5 years = RM9000 (Get back machine capital)
* No guarantee agreement to buy back old coffee machine
* No guarantee agreement buy back license

Invest RM11900 get back RM9000 after 5 years? Please advise me, what is the selling points for this investment.

this will be a good return if you are able to resell your license and machine later in the investment. otherwise can only wait it out till 6/7 years for breakeven point and earn the real risk free return after the 7th year. this is also provided that the company is still there in 7 years time and still continuing the same dividen pay out per annum.

thanks for sharing,...i just liked the word "IF" company market value is x BILLION

also from the earlier link, there is this sentence "For the opportunity to obtain xxx% in value of waived commission through the transfer of ARISSTO Founder Personal Equities Share post-listing, I agree to restructure and waive xxx% of my iPartner Capsules commission for a period of 3 years, starting from the next commission payment date."

sort of giving up 3 years of income for "an opportunity" or "IF" the billions happens
judging from past Aristo investment scheme (like the Aristo Ipartner certificate scheme as in post 1),...what make this time to be a success? hmm.gif

maybe this site can shed some lights of the number of listed companies that made it to the Billion Ringgit Club
just check their financial reports and the asset they own to be at the BILLION.

Walao this company will be lucky to even IPO at RM100mil. Feel so sad if people join this. Sign of either greed or stupidity or both.

Long story short, they are raising capital from the public in the guise of being an “investor” by offering an opportunity to be paid dividends.

This is sort of selling shares to the public without the paperwork and regulations by placing it under an agency model.

The company is shifting the risk of holding inventory to you and lowering their overheads. It can also be considered as the company taking a high interest loan from you so that they have inventory to sell but you don’t have recourse if the company unable to pay you interest.

Raising capital from the public ? sound fishy ,, is it legal to do so ? can someone go BNM to verify this ? if BNM allow this kind of business, i also want to open one for selling a roti canai license,

This doesn't fall under the purview of BNM and given that these schemes are usually very public and not hidden, you need to exercise your common sense.

No. The people running the scam might get charged, but rarely will the monies be recovered. Moral of story, don't be so greedy. If it is too good to be true, it likely is.
