Yes, they failed to commit the supposed quarterly commission for each IP . And I only received June and July partial payment that was very little than I expected.

They also failed to provide me the latest statement, have not receive statement since May until now , they tend to kick ball to one another, called their dealership dept it's like ntg , their worker is basically a flower vase to me

not sure if it is crumbling.. I also have 3 ipartners pending for commision since August , even though i received so called June and July advance payment, they were not on par as what i received previously

now they are like football , kick here and there no answer

Are yours on August due? Mine still haven get yet..been chasing since last month and the same excuse they given is they are in the midst of preparing...been expected lower commission

anyone lately been approach to convert their Ipartner to equity shares ?

so far I have converted 1 and the rest remain , yet lately received very little commission compare to the last time
reason given because the company wants to go for IPO and they need to remain the cash as per criteria
was quite skeptical regarding the coming commission how
