if the airbnb is renting at a rate higher than the hotel then sure GG...

maybe u should reword to "Airbnb always more cheap than Hotel"
reason is airbnb will adjust their price based on surrounding hotel price.
as hotel will set their price based on operating cost + a margin (said RM100 per night)
then surely if u are an airbnb owner nearby the hotel, u wont be so stupid to price ur airbnb above rm100 per night right?

anyway, this project for Airbnb is super risky (my opinion).
as ur target customer for airbnb in this area (super near to KLCC) shd be those rich foreigner, and i believe they will choose hotel over airbnb most of the time as price is not relevant to them. (my opinion as well)
