Dear Sifu.
I am new to Property investment & 1st time buying this kind of property. hope sifu can give some tips.

i went to sales gallery & book 1 unit yesterday. their package is very attractive  as only need to pay 1% which is about 7k+, with Airbnb concept, so i booked lo.

then after that only found that  no car park provided as i forget to asking about this and the agent also did not tell me.

no carpark meaning it only can use as short term stay/office/, not even suitable to a single/couple the live there. so, only usage is office/airbnb.

the ROI calculation seem good but no guarantee, i also worry hard to sell it off later. after read all comments here, i lagi worry.

should i buy it or select other property outside?
