How long u think ur unit can put for airbnb ? Do u think airbnb still can work after 4yrs? Still can generate so high rental after 4yrs?? How many units hotel in surrounding?  Do u know 70% occupancy rates is very high ? Have u tried to do airbnb b4 ?
