if you find this PC have some important data or P&C data before which you might forgot pls reformat is the best else you may refresh

perform low level format, don't quick format. otherwise, the data can be recover.

Wipe your hard disk using DBAN or CCleaner then install windows back so buyer cannot restore your data,

delete the partition, then reformat and install back windows, it should be nothing left for normal people to trace it, unless you are a politician.

The data extracted can be used for identity theft or even fraud Use a disk-wiping utility such as DBAN to securely erase data before selling it.
