QUOTE(takumikun @ Jun 4 2010, 02:44 AM) bro ..i've assembled one myself personally...and it worked just fine..maybe juz a bit non-fitting case of the male peg and female peg(less than 8%) but all that i solved it thru cutting the male peg (slunting direction) and make the female peg's hole slightly larger..and after that it fits in together nicely.. Cheers!! Sounded so wrong.

QUOTE(takumikun @ Jun 4 2010, 08:38 PM) ..why u said that? .. i cut the male peg like that bcoz normally when un-fit pegs happens the male peg have some access plastic at the tip...so,when i cut it by half n slunting (to remove the "fat" tip) and after putting in the parts, and still does not fit-in nicely, i can take it off back EASILY... for the female hole..i made it bigger so that it won't be a VIRGIN anymore laaa.... ...jz kidding.. lol Ok, in order not to OT. I've tried to cut/shave the male part into 1/2, or slanting. It's very very difficult. Any special technique to this? Can just use nipper ah? Sometimes I'd too afraid to try. Afraid that I might screw up my kit.

Did they buy a lot a lot of Bandai's scaled injection machine models and reverse engineer them? That is really an improvement, unless Kotobukiya's factory got hacked.

^ they probably have access to the CAD files? The only thing is making the master mould perfect. Unlike Japanese, which are known for being perfectionists.

QUOTE(devilrider88 @ May 9 2011, 02:50 PM) i thnk its like casting resin kit la. just made an outer shell from the original parts and the booom. u'll get a pirated gunpla. For same scale, yes, but for McModel's Gundoom, that one is a scale which not sold by Bandai.
