Guys im planning to place my booking over this weekend.

Im looking for a place that is near USJ and perhaps this is an ideal choice for me as the location is near and able to skip toll (if want to)

Also, the offering price is within my budget and the overall development plan seems ok to me.

Heard from SA it will take about 4 years to complete.

Any advice or anything that i should be aware before i decide to book?

Price is usually the factor. Another reason is because of the availability of the unit options where I can choose my preferred unit.
