Waiting for my SNP sign back from developer for 4mths still not return yet...

It's been a year.. Developer still not sign SNP.. Whoever interested to purchase need to take note on this.. Developer keep tell me next month next month next month and latest update wait for officially launching but pending from marketing department plan since May .. And now answer back to next month next month and next month again... If you really interested , think twice.. I heard many agent not selling this due to delay sign SNP not getting any comision

I keep question developer every week , seems nothing change also , u should question them or your sales agent too

Cause you have sign SNP canceling u need to paid lawyer fees and so on others charging. We just keep question them , I think should within 1 - 2 mth

My friend brought a same place with me receive call from developer , they mention only will stamping end of the year.. So maybe you can plan others else..within 1-2 mth is impossible already

Poor dude , after I heard someone SNP not sign from 2 yrs back I already plan to cancel.. Hopefully no charge at this moment. You go google review for hua yang , theres some complian about this also, anyhow ... Good luck

Hua Yang looks like very welcome for cancelation , they dont try to stop you to go for cancelation.
If no charge better pull back your booking , once bank release money you will need to paid for loan.
Which is you dont get Sales agreement done , but need start pay loan.
And no promise or document to support you will get this unit , most likey abandon project
