xunlei good for bt, tm streamyx cant block the user

Xunlei very weird, seem to have upload cap problems
When i on the upload speed seems uncontrollable, setting it at 5kb/s but it takes 25kb/s!!! Off my downloads also have upload OMG idle uploading Had this problem since the start, thats y surfing/gaming slow with xunlei on |

I dont know what its uploading... USES all the upload summore if let it run awhile..
