xunlei good for bt, tm streamyx cant block the user

I'm unable to use it
 There's quite a lot of people unable to use it, judging from the posts on their official site, possibly due to a fault in the software. Downloading an older version now to see if that works. Is it just me, or when I open the Xunlei client to LOOK at the speed, it will suddenly drop to half or a quarter within 5-10 seconds?
