xunlei good for bt, tm streamyx cant block the user

My area, batu pahat here, even experiences low connectivity for surfing.... Cannot get the speed more than 10kb/s even with the xunlei.... ping time to singapore with speedtest.net is 999ms!!!! horrible....

i can hardly get some speed with xunlei now... Bittorrent? Hopeless....
