I am no expert on xunlei.

Well, about the kept downloading and flashing....
I think it's because u download and sudden stop(slight pause) means like 0 data transfers.

Unlike other torrent clients that you guys claim that it's stable. This is because they set the download number to increase and decrease slowly.

As for Xunlei, it see m like sometimes when i download at 40KB, it will suddenly drop to 5KB in just 1 second.

I don't think it's a problem.

Don't at me because I started using Xunlei just 2 days back.

Let me tell you the reason.

Private tracker does not allow Internet Explorer nor other browsers to "read" the data.

Since Xunlei is using a fake header. The private tracker will think that you are using a browser to view the data.

I hope that you understand this.

I am deadly sure that Xunlei works on MyT because MyT did not set up any specification.

Well, I learn to know why private trackers block browsers.

I am a user of Bit Spirit. Sometimes, I change my header to Internet explorer.
When I go connect a private tracker (not all, some), I read the log.
It says "Connection aborted, you cannot use a browser to connect a tracker" (similar to this)

This is quite impressive because the tracker get to know what you're using!

Another note: If you want to know which tracker you can connect and which you cannot, always use a browser to connect their tracker.

eg. I visit to mytforum's tracker http://mytforum.net:2710/announce
I see blank!

Try Demonoid's tracker http://inferno.demonoid.com:3390/announce

Nope.
You cannot.

Let me tell you something.

What I meant here is...

BitSpirit connects to TRACKER using http header but did not connect other PEERS using http header!

Xunlei connects to both TRACKER and PEER using http header.

Since BitSpirit did not connect to other peers using http header, thus it is throttled!

Get it?

Speed difference is totally depending on places.
