how to do portforwarding to xunlei? which figure(portnumber) should i use? TCP or UDP???

how come my xunlei first time connect..speed kat reach up to 70kbps, but now..almost all download like not donwloading also..it would reach peak speed for like 1 minute then later 0..is it xunlei problem or my area connection problem or is it my modem? using the last version of xunlei with HeHeHunter language script.......tasukete(heeeeellllllpppppppp)

I'm having a very hard time with my xunlei here. I'm finding its very hard to download. Restart everything from modem to pc. And sometimes the download speed is ok for like one hour only, then it goes down. But somtimes, do the samething, the download won't start also. Any idea why? I'm in taman bunga raya seksyen 3, ayer keroh, melaka.
