xunlei good for bt, tm streamyx cant block the user

What is TM doing, my speed usually easily hit 30-50KB
trying to connect and disconnect getting a better IP range, but all the same, the speed only happen in the beginning 30seconds, after IP refreshed later drop back to 0 to 3KB |
