xunlei good for bt, tm streamyx cant block the user

no problem for wireless, I'm using WiFi now.
No configuration are done so far, but stll can bt until 90K-100K. Http more than 120K, xunlei no need to be port forward. But one thing, xunlei really sux off all my memory when high speed on bt...............lol |

But one thing, xunlei really sux off all my memory when high speed on bt...............lol  coz i have 18 fellas who face the same problem as i am. we have some using Atlas One ISP with Dlink MiMo router - 2 comps connected. me on WG54 Linksys and Netgear 614 also problem, 6 comps connected my closest buddy on a cacated level one also same issue. another 2 on some funny belkin single antenna brown color router also same issue. only the ones plugged into LAN cable can do all the funny funny stuff like surf and msn. but otherwise we all actually "KILLED" our wifi connection on our wireless router. if u tell me your router no problem, we will all go purchase that router. |

haih.. i had used before many kind of torrent client.. bitcomet,utorrent,azureus, bit torrent, flashget.. so far the one i like the most was bit comet.
utorrent, bit torrent = too simple flashget = most of the time it coz cant surf web if download torrent azureus = need to install java bit comet = easy, simple but a lot of function that i needed. i used bit comet all the time.. and it reach up to 100-190kb/s most of the time. If using tmnet wireless can reach up to 250kb/s but it start to slow down today.. i duno what happen on it.. sad..  somemore now using bit comet it coz i cant surf web, wondering what happen.. the setting that i had done was only activate the upnp. Because trying is there any different using NAT or UPNP? hm.. and it make i cant surf web if dling torrent  |

i was using bitcomet 0.79 before i switched to this. last year my torrent performance was 150-170kbytes/sec. then early this year my bitcomet had unbearable speeds i switched to utorrent and still got the same sucky speeds until i used this. now zoooming like mad but then haihz.......wireless problem wireless problemmmmmmm....
how la to fix this wireless problem..... |

Xunlei averagely downloads at 240kbytes/s. fast for my 1mb line. any tips on what other settings and tweakings i need to look into ? Somemore this only happened to me when using flashget. Once installed flashget and use it to download torrent, even had remove the flashget it still will coz the same problem. So i say to myself.. No more flashget in my pc Somemore even i cant surf web when this problem happen to me, but other pc still able to do their thing. Maybe too many wireless... they travel through air and coz collision? |

My Thunder Client would frequently use 99% of my CPU resources from time to time...This happens very frequently and my downloads would eventually stop by itself... I would have to close the app and reopen it and then it will work. It would probably run for a 1 hour or more and the same problem would happen again... Anyone facing this problem ?
Im using ver 5.6.8.329. The older 5.6.8.327 also have this bug with me... |

dude, everything depends on seeders. but somehow, juz somehow xunlei is able to get the downloadings going faster than any other client i've tried. still amazes me though. especially when my wife downloads her chinese torrents (tv series) it goes all the way up to 190kbs.
very amazing. p/s - still having some wireless issues. |

Hi, I'm a new Thunder 5 user and I'm happy to say I'm now flying at 50kB/s downloads, up from utorrents 5kB/s. (I'm on 512kb package)

i using xunlei too..but when download fast my pc become slow..agree that its fast..sometimes can download to 50-60kbps..fast compare to bit comet and utorrent..
