no use limit one, it will still suck speed at the "searching leecher/seeder" part and that , cant be limited, only max dl/up speed can limit

but when it search seeds/leech, also suck all ur speed, SAME THING

well if u dont mass download then use 66 lor..

btw, change from CTRL PANEL > REGIONAL SETTINGS
your region


and make sure u dont change ur DVD drive regional !!! it'll kill u

and my xunlei still dling fast but dropped 20kbps since CNY
on CNY and before normal is 110(1m line), now normal is 90

but i suspect is seeders only... wat u dl-ing? how many seeds u got?

either u got a typo or ur english sux to the max

i nvr tried but i also use XL to dl .torrent files , from isohunt
some fast to 100+, some very slow

and why cant u just try it? its not as if u have to pay or sth

even searching for seeders & leechers uses ALOT ALOT of bandwidth and u cant trottle that...
so u will still get lag and cant play on9 games

try it for yourself...
now i dota only wif zero delay (about 0.2 seconds delay)
if u also about that... try to set xunlei at 1KBps trottled speed and dl 10 files, see u can still play without delay anot

so slow still say fast...
oh well, maybe ur used to those speed
