Actually there is 1 more way.. install an application called Microsoft Applocale which is more better then change that. Why?
If u had change it, some application that i install it will auto change it to Chinese installation. Eg. Nero. It will display in chinese. Somemore there is some application that only work on United States regional.

But the weakness on it is, it only can open at executable file. Eg. Something.exe

Are u sure? Because as i know maxis block all those connection that used to download a torrent file. I had use it last time to tried.. Somehow the streamyx line always got problem and most of the people complain slow + lag but i felt it does better then maxis.

Woah, I just tried this and it works! biggrin.gif

Just a question, I've downloaded some files using uTorrent. How can I resume these files from Xunlei?

I tried clicking Ignore but nothing happens. sleep.gif

I'm using Maxis BB also, 768kbps. I got it work sometimes. It seems to be dependant on the peer. I'm downloading one at 20k/s now which only connected to 3peer. It doesnt seem to be connected to the other. Other torrent, nothing. Anyway, maybe u can change the port number in case maxis block it. Utorrent doesnt seem to connect at all, i allow encryption but once the connection is made with the peer, after 1sec the connection is lost. I think maxis block incoming p2p connection. Bitcomet is even worse, didnt connect even after 1am.

I think Xunlei is good. Works better than uTorrent now.

Torrents with lots of peers like Bleach, Naruto get downloaded with 150, 100 Kbps !! biggrin.gif

Other torrents, though slower, at least it's around 10-20 Kbps.
