Hi, is there any Sony T-20 user here? I just bought the dc yesterday from a shop in low yat. After got the dc and i went home happily. When I play around with my new gadget i found out there is 1 dead pixel in the LCD. In this situation can I request 1 to 1 warranty ? And do you guys think the shop will care about my warranty because of 1 small dead pixel ? Please give me some guide how to solve this problem thanks

you didnt check while in the shop? bring it back if you are lucky they change it for you.

I did checked the DC. But don't realise until I check again at home. Because the dead pixel won't be that obvious when the LCD screen is in dark color. And the dead pixel is very very small.

since its still new, jsut go back and change the DC, if not u rugi later then u regret

hmm I thought there's a minimum number of dead pixel before you can exchange? lol....
maybe that was last time, not sure now. =)

yeah !! finally i have exchanged a new DC. But the after sales service damn bad from the shop that fellow damn "beh song" when i ask for another screen protector !! He willing to change the DC for me but refused to give me another screen protector. Screw him !!!!!!!!

haha gud lo u can exchange for a new dc. here not like in european country where u cn get ur money back if u r not satisfied with the product. that's asian business ppl for u

btw .. may i know how much u bought the T-20 for ?
