I just got my iPad with cellular and was wondering is it possible to use a prepaid plan? If so, can i reload the number without putting the prepaid SIM card into a phone?

Yes why not? Nowadays telco has its dedicated app for you to monitor your balance.
For Eg, hotlink red app can be downloaded in iPad, and you can simply top up your number online. |
