Dear Turtle No response Maxis,

I was register Maxis Home Fibre and received an email on 9 Jan 2018 (RFID: 5279160) with expected 17 Jan 2018 9.30am for installation.
But until now (20 Jan 2018 @ Saturday) still NO response from Maxis Technician call.

Had call few times at Maxis Call centre, but still give same unconfirmed answer: "wait technician call you once they free"

So still have to wait how long? Now home still no internet to use, so sad

Just finish installing @ setup modem, but still why give 10mbps only package?
Applied 30mbps plan, had confirm with Maxis call center few times.

And the worst part is, give the OLD maxis modem~ !!!

so currently using 10mbps, no iflix, no wireless phone, no NEW modem

Had complain to Maxis in call center

Called Maxis call center complaint, and give shit reason (blame agent give wrong details, but i 100% confirm i had apply 30mbps with confirmation email)
