currently im using pc with this specs

Pentium 4 3.0eGHz
512MB PC400 DDR RAM
128MB NVDIA GeForce FX5200
Intel D865GBF Mother Board
80G SATA Western Digital
Imation 16x RAM Dual Layer DVD Combo
Samsung 710v 17" LCD Display

currently happy with the performance.. but if the graphic + RAM can up a bit will be happier laugh.gif

thinking of changing to lappy.. so anyone can suggest a laptop which got +- level performance? i know if absolutely same will cost me a damn $$$ but for that specs of PC will bestly changed with what specs of lappy?

one more.. can this lappy run so-so heavy games? im not hardgamer just a fan of NFS series..can it run NFS most wanted? whistling.gif minimum graphic setting will do as long as the car run smoothly..

hi.. gonna buy a new laptop soon.. please suggest me one..

1. Brand. - (ACER COMPAQ HP BENQ etc)

2. Budget. - < rm2k

3. Specs.

proc > 1.6G (CELERON? AMD? DUO CORE? which is better?)
ram > 512MB (1G preferable)
HDD > 80G (120G preferable)
graphic > something that can support my daily usage (at least not stuck2 when use).. ms office, photoshop, flash, dreamweaver, windowsblind@VTP, PES6, old vers GTA & NFS, 2001 - 2004 games..
WiFi
DVD (writer preferable)

4. Size > 14.1

hi.. plz recommend me a laptop that suits rm2k budget..

im using V3415AU rite now.. so the specs must be higher than this lappie..

Procs - which is better? Intel or AMD?
GPU - NVIDIA or ATI (dont want intel one)
HDD - > 80G.. 120G preferable..
display - 14.1" preferable..
others - basic thing in V3415AU

one more.. i prefer not so heat produce laptop.. my lappie rite now uncomfortable to use coz to hot..
