Hi guys, i'm lookin for a lappy and i found the HP Compaq V3250 interest me, but i would like to see is there anymore recommendation? I would want a Amd Turion x2 and a decent graphic capability within the price of 3k smile.gif thanks

go for it then. nowadays pretty much difficult to find notebook with amd processor + dedicated gpu. you can go for old series of acer ferrari (amd + ati x700 (legendary gpu) ). all notebook being dominated by intel (santa rosa, 945 chipset bla bla)....currently. i hardly heard news about amd chipset for notebook nowadays.

I think serious or hard-core gamers will not choose laptops but desktop instead because of cheaper price and easier to customise. So Intel based laptops have the overall value for money package. Moreover dedicated GPU for laptops will suck ur battery life. smile.gif

Not exactly for hardcore gaming tongue.gif at least decent graphic to support vista and stuff. and HD videos as well? most of the time i would use the lappy for college work biggrin.gif

i'm a crazy gamer over war3 dota.. is this Intel(R) Media Accelerator 950 Graphics bundled with lappy good enought for me? or i should go for ati or goforce gc?

i've a budget of ard 3.5k.. mainly buy laptop for entertaining. any recommendations? would prefer those under 3kg.

Hey, I'm planing to buy a new laptop, taking it overseas. my budget is around RM4k, small size n light(portable), any brand also can as long as it is worth. Any recommendation? Thanks ya~
