Could anyone let me know what's the best buy now for a good and light notebook. It should include a webcam and the primary use is for internet, emails, word and excel for a simple computer user who wants a technology that would last for at least 5 years.

I haven't planned any budget yet but will RM4000 fetch a really good one?

I have been asked to quote a small-sized, as in light and powerful notebook.

Brand: No preference.
Budget: Less than RM7k

Thanks in advance.

@TauhuTauhu,

what will u do for the laptop ? Business presentation ? work ? gaming ? movie ?

XPS have class 3 or 4 graphic card if im not mistaken. So u wouldnt want to have that if ur a gamer. If size really matters, then go XPS or VIAOs. I personally think VIAOs overprice but XPS always got lemons according to XPS thread here in lyn. So far thats the pattern i recognize.
