the important things is actually depends on how u plan ..

budget wise , gpu, screen size, any extras like webcam/bt/card reader etc ..

no prob ..i using x1400 and x1600 also veri nice ..no boxy boxy in silkroad ..lol

ya ..i guess juz swap it wit a D2C then would be okay ..but the heat and the performance wise does not interests me ... coz Core Duo is the lowest consumption voltage ..lol

nope, it got 1 ram 128mb for the gpu ..but when u heavy playing the game...the 128mb is not enuff ..the ati gpu will draw shared memory from ur ram ..making it 128 dedicated +372mb shared ram ..making it 512hypermemory ...

lol ..u can order from us or uk ..the shipping fees will cost around 200-300USD ...but problem is when there is a problem wit ur lappy ..u need to reship the notebook back to US service center and will cost you USD200-300 summore .. ... then have to wait around 1 months coz ship here and ship back ...300USD x2...

no problem x2300 is good for in heavy gaming ...include online games ..

for ur budget ..the best is to have Hp compaq presario v3243 or v3218 ..all all are 14' ..

AMD Turion 64 X2 is intended to be positioned against the Intel Core Duo was presented in 17. May 2006. However, the performance was 20% below the T2300 (1.66 GHz) due to the lower L2 Cache (Core Duo has 2048 Kbyte shared L2 Cache). Nevertheless, the performance is sufficient.

..turion64 supports 64bit vista while duocore doesnot support ... duocore are cooler wherelse turion64x2 are same heat as Core 2duo. Up to you which you prefer ..Turion64 also uses 800Mhz hypertransport since it supports 64bits while duocore onli support to 667mhz ..

so overall ..if u r not concerned with the 64bit thing...then duo core is a good choice ... but usually Turion chipset's integrated graphics are better than intels ...

4k cannot get a 13.3' sony le ..lol ...around 5-6k onli sufficient ..

BenQ? no problem ..i got one S73G and until now no problem also ..Acer must get HighEnd units onli no problm ..Hp and Toshiba dun hav wat ur requirment also lol ..

and extra is even Lenovo (formerly IBM) also contract BenQ to make their parts for them hehe ..so it is kinda stable ..lol
