err, im searching for a laptop within 3.5k budget, not too heavy, average graphic performance since i dont play games that much, fast and reliable. that all i can give since im not too good in buying pcs

U juz need wifi.... Most of the laptop has built in. Or maybe can say now all the laptop has built in.

Built in bluetooth? some laptop have it. Mean u no need an external bluetooth dongle to use bluetooth. Its function is like transfering file between ur hp and laptop.

hoho online with handphone it charge gao gao leh, but mostly depend on ur data package u take, sum package is unlimited data by a fixed price, but sum plan the fee is depend on the total data u download/upload.. not worth unless u really need the internet every minute, just like superbusinessman... haha

ya, it using phone as a modem.. but i didnt tried it b4... coz it really expensive as i know.. but in my lappy got a program called wat wat power phone.. it got mentioned use Hp as modem...

another way as i know is use that Maxis PCMCIA nad put simcard inside it... that package shud be cheaper.. (dunno is RM99 or around that per month)

Thats is wat i mean. Last time I saw some promoters are promoting this RM68 maxis 3G boardband package there but is using wireless modem 1 la. They just put in the 3G card inside the modem to connect. The data transfer just 384kb/s.

Can anyone help me? I need laptop with the below spec:

Budget: RM1200.00 n below
Spec:P4 or lower since it's just for office use
Brand: Toshiba/Dell/Compaq

RM68 for 1 month..? that sound cheaper than b4.. got any TnC..? like need to subcribe for min 1 year.. or...

if online everywer 384kb/s shud be quite ok.. but not recom. to d/l movie or those heavy thing haha...

or just use it to replace the streamyx..? haha coz streamyx although is faster but just can use at home, add RM2 more (i'm using RM66 package), then can online everywer, nice..?

Try search the 2nd hand or refurbish thread in garage sales forum there. It might help. With ur budget is totally cant get the new laptop.
