How I feel about Sentul. Sentul has the SHADOW of MONT' KIARA, PJ, SUBANG JAYA, SETAPAK and KL SENTRAL. Many property experts told me that Sentul is actually THE NEXT KL SENTRAL. According to property experts, Sentul have all the amenities like schools, hospital, transportation so on. Sentul have all the transportation like Shuttle Bus, KTM, LRT, MRT 2 & 3, but except Monorail station which is near by at Titiwangsa. So it is nearly 100% complete with this convenience. Besides that, Sentul is also connected to the most important main road in KL, "MRR2" & "DUKE" which further expand to "DUKE 2" (Jalan Tun Razak - Rawang / Sg. Buloh) and "Duke 3" as well. Sentul is one of the highly recommended area to invest in the list, you have to consider and take Sentul as one of your property investment criteria. I will put Sentul in my list as my property investment port folio. Here my reason:

1. Sentul is one of the property that under development by DBKL master plan. Previously was Setapak, Wangsa Maju, Maluri, PJ and Kepong as well.
2. Sentul is just 5KM away from KL City. So it is good for staying and living as well.
3. If you want to access to Jalan Tun Razak, Ampang, PJ, Subang Jaya or Damansara you may just use DUKE highway. In year 2025, DUKE will be connecting to every town in klang valley. It is one of the most strategic project in KL, it will further bring up KL property value.
4. Sentul is still under development, so it has lots of value appreciation in Sentul.
5. There are many "tiers 1 developers" has went into Sentul to join DBKL's plan to develop Sentul into a city have higher standard of living.
6. I will invest in M Centura because it is unique compare to other development.
7. It is fully residential with higher tect specification with only RM0.30 psf maintenance fee.
8. It is quite reasonable and affordable interms of per sqaure ft. (around RM520 - 580psf)
9. The opportunity I saw in Sentul is, people from Rawang, Gombak, Setapak or Batu Cave will move down to Sentul for staying.
10. Because it shorthen their distance to enter into KL for those who driving from Rawang etc.
11. Besides that, people will move to M Centura is because it is near to LRT extended line from LRT Sentul Timur Station and MRT 3 (L01 Sentul Station).
12. By Using MRT 3 you can reach Matrade, Dutamas, Solaris, Mont' Kiara and Sri Hartamas station in 3-7 station, you can also reach KLCC and HSR (Bandar Malaysia) as well.
