normally what time do you exercise and how often you do it ?

i heard that exercising right after waking up is good ( to burn fat ? )so i am planning to wake up at 6 am and exercise for 30 min before going to work

a dr say 20 min of exercise is quite sufficient and exercising everyday is not really good ( since body need time to rest? )

Everyone is different.

For me it is just before evening.
That's where strength and endurance excel

Do you mean workout in a gym or exercises at home? I do an easy exercises in the morning after waking up. And in the evening after work it’s better for me to go to the gym and make more hard training

i do my workout before the gym closes at midnight because that's the time the gym isn't packed like sardines and i can conquer the equipments all by myself. probably not the best time physiologically, but personally for me it is the best mentally/emotionally.
