It's not a DNS problem. Both Google and Maxis DNS are returning the same IPv4.
Seems to be a routing problem or some of Unifi's address space being blocked by the host.
Try getting a new IP address.
On Unifi ipv4 only.
60.50.x.x: cannot
210.187.x.x: can load
115.132.x.x: cannot
175.136.x.x: cannot
Doesn't look like a routing problem. Routes are almost identical.
