2x Marketing Executives role available for PUBLIC LISTED property development company

Work Location: Melaka City

Salary: RM2500-3000 or more depending on work experience

Job Description:
1) To plan, coordinate, and implement the development of sales & marketing programmes & strategies, and all aspects of marketing to increase sales revenue
2) To conduct market research, analysis and planning to keep abreast with market demand, trend and pricing
3) Work closely with sales team to ensure all marketing plan executed with results
4) Assist in sales event, project launching, roadshows, exhibitions, and liaise with event organisers/ service providers
5) Designing marketing communication & event collaterals (eg. Buntings, banners, flyers, brochures, advertisement, digital marketing)
6) Conduct frequent meetings/discussion with sales & marketing team/agencies for feedback
7) Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Job Requirements:
1) Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
2) At least 2 years work experience in marketing, preferably in property development
3) Knowledgeable in all aspects of authorities’ approval relating to property sales such as advertising permit, strata title act, housing development act etc
4) Good interpersonal & communication skills,
5) Dynamic, independent and pleasant personality
6) Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage
7) Knowledge in airbnb will be an advantage too
