Hi,
I just change my plan from Fast to Red and i realise the free weekend data and the happy hour for everyday are now gone. Any chance i can change back my plan from Red to Fast? Thank you. I was planning to change this morning but i decided to do a survey first. Now many say it's a bad move. If your number is not a big concern maybe just change a new sim card.

with weekend 8GB data I can browse the internet other than media social, same as 1GB per day. The new Red package, all these no more.

I just test maxis simcard in my place for 1 week. Satisfy with the coverage. Is it possible to mnp my current umobile sim to this new sim which I'm testing right now.

yeah current RED plan is poorer. hence the "manipulation" of trying to get user change their plan without giving out full information. I don't use FB, so the 10gb is useless for me and have no incentive to switch to new plan tbh!

Hi guys.
My question is, How to tebus Ohhsome prize? This is my first time *virgin Ohhsome* - I have 93 points right now and they expire on 31st May. - I already claimed 1 2 3 prizes, the 3rd one on 1st May. - My Ohhsome rainbow symbol is now on red color When I tap on that Ohhsome prize, it believe if supposed to bring me to spin the prize. BUT, it doesn't. It says I already claimed the prize. So I was like very confused, when did I claimed the prize? After all of the confusion, I went to Twitter to ask Hotlink CS over there. She said, I already used up all of my points and now only have 3 points left. I'm getting more and more confused. Help me! |

Or direct die? 2. 10GB for facebook is everything? Include facebook video clips? Text chat in messenger? How about sending photo and video clips? How about voice call and video call in messenger? 3. Unlimited free chat means 30days unlimited high speed or capped speed? Only text chat in whatsapp and wechat? How about sending photo and video clips? My Rm60 Internet pass valid till 10/8/18. I have Rm60 credit valid till 8/8/18. I plan to renew my pass validity earlier today but I am not allowed by the system. If I top up another rm10 to prolong my credit validity, will my Rm60 credit remain valid or forfeited? |

Recently there is FREE Non-Stop Video added besides the Social/Chat. I've tried and claim the non stop video using the daily pass. Within the Hotlink RED app it said that FREE Non-Stop Video All Day, Every Day but what i've found is that the unlimited video is only valid from 1am until 7am. If that the case for other passes? I just try it out out of curiosity. And is it valid for Netflix view as well? If not please add it to the pass as it is more popular video platform.

Yes you can purchase a Hotlink Red sim pack and reload RM30 to purchase 10 RM3 2GB daily passes however the validity of the internet passes will follow the passes activation date. I purchased multiple HotlinkMU plans in the past few days. However, today when I did so again, I am only getting the free 88GB YouTube data, but not getting any Internet Data. Anyone had similar problem before? Called Hotlink CS and they said they will work on it but it has been nothing since afternoon, and the pass I bought was only for 2 days...

Call rate is 15sen/30 sec. last time my plan is postpaid and i paid my bill via Maxis Pay... it is very straight forward... for Hotlink Red Prepaid, may i know how to purchase the 5GB data and also credit for call/sms? this is my guess 1. Download Hotlink Red App. Need create an account or Hotlink Red App will detect my phone number? 2. Reload money (let say RM40) to my account. 3. lousy service, just to change ownership and walked into centre but couldn't get it done. Wasted my time. Definitely will port out once ownership transfer done.

just to check does Hotlink RED 90/365 have validity? during conversation with a Hotlink CS for a dispute case regarding pay-per-use with accumulate of RM10+ over a month despite not using any mobile data (using in SIM2, primary data is SIM1), CS asked to change to RED plan and subscribe the 365 validity but as far as i know, RED plan does not support 365 validity right?

I know Maxis' website did not include Hotlink plans nor is it stated anywhere in Hotlink's website, but is anyone using eSIM with Hotlink (non-Flex) plans?

Hi I’m on hotlink fast 3.0
My normal renewal time is middle of the month. Just asking if I purchase monthly internet pass now will the validity start now or after previous pass expires? Reason is I want to maximise collection of the reward point. ( gold level get X2 points) |

Currently I'm using DiGi biGBonus RM28.
Unlimited calls + 4GB + 2GB (3mth Digi user) + biGBonus 30GB + 10GB Music/Video. Are there any comparable plans to this from Hotlink? Doesn't have to be exactly RM28. Since I ported my Maxis Postpaid, all my numbers are now DiGi. I feel I should get a number or 2 with other telcos as a backup. |

Hi, my active date till another 14 days and i'm in low balance and wanted to topup RM5. Will my new active date become 5 days or 19 days?

my prepaid validity until today, inside got rm50, if i purchase hotlinkmu package ( 7 days data plan), willl it extend the validity? and if i purchase 1 month plan, will it extend another 30days? |

Did they change something with validity period recently? Even though my Red Pass lasts for 30 days my validity is expiring way before it!
