That means I have to keep on topping up my current sim card (Hotlink HYC) to keep it alive.

1. If that's the case, let's say if I buy a new hotlink sim card (Fast / Red), will I be able to use "share a top up" to transfer my balance from my current sim card (Hotlink HYC) to my new sim card (Hotlink Red / Fast)?

2. By the way, is Hotlink Fast still available in the market for new purchase or it's just Hotlink Red that's available now?

Thank you.

Hi Hotlink, so HYC plan is the last plan which can purchase validity? I'm still having that plan and if i convert to fast/red plan, i will lose the privilege, correct?

The validity 90/365 only can be purchased by certain plans. To find out if your plan able to purchase, you can dial *100# > My Account & Others > Buy Validity. If you change your Hotlink plan to the latest plan, the validity 90/365 will no longer be available to be subscribed. TQ-Isaac

I purchased multiple HotlinkMU plans in the past few days. However, today when I did so again, I am only getting the free 88GB YouTube data, but not getting any Internet Data. Anyone had similar problem before? Called Hotlink CS and they said they will work on it but it has been nothing since afternoon, and the pass I bought was only for 2 days...

from my past experience, 4 days max not counting the day of share. data will not work, both for free and purchased data.

no, 30 days. validity doesn't accumulate for most prepaids in malaysia.

so you have used only xox so far? are you a singaporean?

xox works on a different business model. most operators restrict validity in order to make us topup in order to generate revenue. xox on the other hand doesn't care so much on validity. it gets its revenue when customers overpay and prepay their data needs far in advance.

i just feel like hotlink is too over.

for example in order to perform the share a top, the line must be have at least more than 30 day validity. this is such a nonsense rule

37. If there are pages within an application that is hosted by a third party website, internet usages on those pages will not be drawn from the FREE Non-Stop RED passes but will be drawn from the base internet pass. Please note that P2P and VOIP/Video calls on Facebook and WhatsApp are excluded from the Non-Stop RED Passes.

question, for this clause, if we play fb video (not youtube within fb), which data will be drawn? base data, or non-stop red social data?
