Guys,
I just bought tenda ac18 and perform default setup just now. My current unifi package is 500mbps. Anyhow, tried with 5ghz thru wifi next to the router i can only get max of 90mbps upload and 90mbps download. Tried with 2ghz got around 50mbps both. I thought that my unifi is stuck with 100mbps but called unifi and they confirm that my line should get 500mbps, not limitting to 100mnps. Anyone had experience this before?

QUOTE(SilentVampire @ Mar 20 2019, 11:26 AM) Click link on my signature and read green text on 1st page, 1st post. Your modem probably does not support gigabit speed. Thanks bro. Sorry for the noob question as am not familizire with all these IT stuff. Read thru the given post and believe my BTU does not support gigabit speed. Anyhow, will check again once im home later on. If it does not support I believe unifi will provide replacement FOC?

QUOTE(waghyu @ Jun 3 2020, 02:37 PM) Hard reset is not going to bring back to old firmware. U need to reflash. Thanks for the reply. Mind sharing the steps to reflash?
