Need your help bro. After setting up tenda ac18 and connected, it says no internet. What should I do?

straight out of the box... did not note down the firmware. have set back to my old modem again

finally managed to get it up and working.. called unifi hotline for help

need to connect direct lan cable from router to laptop during setup. wifi somehow does not seem to work well for the setup.

I hooked up a cat 6 cable from the tenda ac18 direct to my pc but could only get 100mbps when my speed is supposed to be 500mbps. I am getting faster speeds through the wifi ...around 300mbps. I am supposed to be detting 500mbps with direct ethernet connection, no?

somehow the situation self-corrected...now can connect at 500mbps
maybe my pc is a slow learner...

I upgraded the official firmware, now my router can't connect. Already got new password from unifi but still can't connect. Anyone can help?
