Application to customize almost any tiles in Start to allows custom icons and hide the text label.

Note:
For application that you can't find in the initial list, use Utility > Custom Shortcut Manager to create one,
then it will appear in Start program list as latest installed program, just pin it to Start tiles.
Refresh TileIconifier listing, and you ready to customize the custom shortcut~

Unfortunately, this do not have the "hack" to allows wide and large tile for any shortcut.

Did my custom tiles in Photoshop, slice it up to exact sizes, then just import into TileIconifier one by one.
