Location is good in matured area. But also a lot of competition from lots of new, old and under construction apartments nearby. When it first was completed, there was a massive leak until some floors got flooded, but should have been rectified.

Anyone know the development news for the empty land next to Amaya (not LaVile) and next to UNA (Not Velocity 2)?
Hear say Pavilion group bought the empty land next to Amaya...but not sure how truth it is. |
