IT helpdesk is very easy.
Just memorize from the script provided. If e-mail support, just copy-paste from templates.

It requires troubleshooting and technical assistance.I told the manager who gave me a telephone interview just now as long I am trained, I have no issues but he said must have the basics and if I don't have it, then cannot.

seems like 6 months emergency saving is not sufficient.
Many still jobless for 7-8 months and no promising sign to land a job.

We really need to get out of comfort zone .
Go to any office towers/lots and ask directly from Employers. Jobstreet and the likes have too much competition. Even i have overseas degree and decent experience, i failed at interviews too. I dont know what theyre looking for to be honest. Interviews that i thought i did well, Also i didnt get it.

I am glad that I am not the only one who thinks the HR are clueless on hiring people. Although one thing's for sure; they want people who can always OT but accept peanut salaries.

Went for an interview today, that the job requirement states no exp or education required and will be trained during working.

But during interview, the boss ask for it even though I got working exp but not for the position. And the boss also ask for whether I got the particular position knowledges.

Just what is wrong with this kind of vacancy promo? Kinda wasting candidates time.

I've received a random call telling me to apply for jobs. Sometimes on email too. I find it a little annoying sometimes.

you must understand the difference between HR and recruiters.

the one that have been calling you probably is recruiters who were trying their best to fulfill their 'sales' quota.

deswai they just simply shoot job opportunities to people

I've been jobless for 7 months and counting.

More difficult for me that I don't have a diploma and above.

Your 6 years experience only answering calls?

Yes, in call centre. So if you call in to marah2 about why your service tak bagus ke apa2 ke, I am working as the receiver aka your punching bag.

My idiot cousin senang jer he asked me to get a job. I wonder what I have been doing for the past 7 months if I wasn't looking for a job...
