Hi sifus,

im new here & need advise from who have experience in getting renovation or roofing specialist on roof replacement. Land size 20 x 65, built up 1400. (Thinking to change for front clay tiles, behind is metal roof still in good condition).

1.which type of roofing
2.remove old roof & replace new roof or double roof
3.need change new gutter, fascias & soffit boards
4.Estimate how much will costs for only front part vs all roof

If you have budget, then better remove the old tiles and lay a new roof since your tiles already give way. after painting the house, your house will have a new look.
