Any sifu have invested in ACE Holding Berhad Redeemable Preference Stock? How was payout in the previous offering (6% semi-annually)? What is the risk associated with such investment? Is Preference Stock safer than Bond? If it is safe, why EPF or other government investment arm subscribe all of its share?

I have also approached by my friend for this investment. Some 12% return with min rm500k for 3 years.

I subscribed to the private placement for the preferential shares of Ace Holding, since 2017. Payout so far has been on the dot with no issues.
They have recently launched new investment into Ace investment bank and also Ace Credit directly. Anyone else here invested with them ? |
