No option to use Hotlink Billing to purchase apps.

I have a subscription on Smule, I would like to renew it but there is no option to use Hotlink to pay.
Now, it may be because that of the fact that my current SIM is a port-in SIM from UMobile to Hotlink. I have used it to pay for Smule but since it is not UMobile anymore it has been declined.
Is there anyway to fix this? Anyone else having this problem?
Please help.
