Just normal flu, I got the same symptoms last week but recovered after took medicine from clinic.

I have phelgm too, beginning was clear color but after few days it became yellowish and then i started minor coughing but not so bad because i took flu medicine from clinic. Also, my mouth felt hot and dry especially in the morning. I drank more water, it helps. My advice for you is quickly see a doctor and take the medicine before it gets worse. Take care.
