Our service provider is using dynamic ip (random) to assign on your network. The ip will change every time. Unless you choose the expensive package which have static ip (fix).

To overcome this problem, such DynDns will keep track your network ip. You will be using 1 of their ip (you can choose or make your own between their spec) to replace your network ip. Every time and everywhere you type in the DynDns ip, it will look for the latest ip on your network. That is how you can always access your home network.

But DynDns come with a string. The free version have limited function. I not sure still got free or trial 30day. For free, you need to renew every 30day in their website. If you reset your router, it will take sometime to track back your ip. You need to configure the router and the website.

Been using it for many yrs for free till they change the term&condition. Which if not mistaken no more free.

Now using the maker server ip. Which is much more better.
