EASY TV is an App for EVPAD.
Only EVPAD Machine can run this App.

How long have you been using this EVPAD TV Box?

You can contact the Customer Service via WeChat ievpad or contact your dealer that you purchased from.

You did exchange warranty?
Exchange the set within the 1 year warranty period.

Maybe you can send by Pos Laju.

Or you can contact the EVPAD CS on WeChat. See what they do for you.
