Called them up to complaint AGAIN cause my old issue not settle yet (2 month), but they refuse to create new report for me and said their system is down ........
Worst after few attempt and irritate their manager till he can't tahan and shouted at me ..... wahahahahah this is what we call CUSTOMER service ..... (upload the conversation soon) ..

Are you on contract? if not just switch to something else. Not worth your trouble to get angry at people for this. There's more to life than bad customer service.

BTW, why is your host server in Beijing? Maxis do not take the result tested with other server. They only look at the result tested with Maxis server. I guess this is the reason why they didn't want to take any action about it but anyhow can you tell me more about your problem?

cause i have few thing major in China, not only host have issue, for example movies site also don't worst iflix also cannot access, imagine how smart TV work ?

If you do traceroute, you'd notice that ChinaNET have congestion issue and it's not our problem here.
