I've been farming mountain silversage, dreamfoil and gromsblood. But sales had been bad lately.
Any other good items to farm that sells good and can let you earn 500g daily?
Forget bout skinning, cos i saw many botters park at places with animals and the leather market had been spoilt by them.

There is still a pretty good market for leather but only the high end ones. As soon as it's put up in the AH, it's immediately grabbed by a lot of ppl.

Best source of leather is not in Outlands but in Black Morass trash mobs. The crocs and panthers yield about 2-3 pieces of knothide leather each.

i usually mine adamantite/ fel iron ores and prospect it with a jewelcrafter(friend's acct) for blue gems to AH. its dependant on luck though, cos u may not get any/few blue gems from 287328973 stacks of ore, but its like gambling which makes it fun . most i ever earned was 900g(2-400g avg when i'm lazy/bad luck) in a day ,according to moneyfu, but i got lucky (prospected 15-20 blue gems) and selling primal fires and earth.

MMO-champion.com had an interesting video link about farming Lichen. That may work too.

Mining can be tough. A lot of people are swooping in and out.

As for blue gems, think it's easier if one is a rogue and can stealth to lockboxes in instances. An unusual amount of blue gems are popping up there.

Normally, people go to Zangarmarsh and they proceed to Nagrand.

always when i killed some 50+ horde then surely they will logout and login their 70 to camped me.
with the increasing amount of glider botter, money became so hard to earn.

Yep, those 4 armed demons in Shadowmoon valley's Legion Post are the best farming place for these.
They whack like pussies and only have like 4.8-5k hp for a lvl68 mob. Easy kill and good spawn rate.

Mining+Herbalism sucks for a highly populated server. Everyone with epic mount are doing "strip mining" across the whole continent.

500g per day is kinda impossible right now. During the start of TBC, 500g per day is possible. Right now, nearly everyone have their profession maxed, hence less demand for resources.
Only Primal prices are still soaring up due to enchanting and high end professions.

I'm not kidding you but Black Morass + skinning + empty bags. GG wet dream!

what spiders? take them. Netherweb silk sells extremely well.

actually, u farm Motes. 10 Motes combines into 1 Primal. There's Air, Water, Fire, Earth, Life, Mana, Shadow.

Me and my girl friend are still quite fresh to WOW, only played a couple of months, we have characters in 40-50 lvl range now, and are not yet with BC.

Well, she has now about 3000 gold now, while I only have about 500 gold. We can't really gather high end mine, leather or herb (as we only at 40s) and without outlander good selling farm, but the way she earned gold is... always monitor AH like watching share market, buy item with low price, keep, and sell them out when the price rise... haha... she can spend hours just doing trading in SW or IF.

Well... myself don't really like to play like this... can't imagine just stcuking in AH for entire hour without leveling up the characters....

Playing the AH is of course the best. But you need to have a business mind. Like, predict what item is good for, predict the future changes of patches and how they will affect the market etc..

I know 2 guys in my server that have played the AH and earned more than 30k gold each. They even showed off by trading me and putting the amount in the gold section >_>

I used to do that, spent quite a lot of time on the AH. Did earn some but eventually too lazy to do it...
Pre-BC, after you get your epic mount and you have 3k++ gold, there really isn't much to do except to get a twink. It was fun while it lasted tho...

For me, it's primal Mana.. I know it doesn't cost as much as Primal Fire but farming primal Mana is alot easier and costs like the price at the AH (Arygos) is only 10g lower than Primal Fire.

I can make up to 400g a day.. Especially on weekends. Lotsa buyers then.

agree to aesthetica, farm primal mana at netherstorm, those mageslayer and manaseeker

high droprate, very fast respawn, and they drop greens alot too
can farm like 5primal mana in 1hour time

only for warrior - Bring a shaman n head out to Path of conquest. Those mobs respawn so fast its not even funny. I alwaz go with a shaman on my offday and farm 2-3hrs straight. Highest i ever net was 2k but of cos an epic plan drop lol. Scryer rep like sunfury signets n arcame tomes sell well generally over all the servers. And cos u kill so many non stop blues n epics have a better chance to drop for u too. =p

A very nice place to farm for gold. You'll get lots of silver coins, Arcane Tombs, Sunfury Signets, greens, and cloths.
