Managemnt Trainees Program in GEnting Highland will not be conduct at this year. If you interesting in applying for management trainees you will need to wait until the next year for a new batch.

For part time job you can actually call in to Genting Highland HR Department to ask about it.

They open for part time job always (But dun specific position)

As i know management trainee (MT) program in genting quite good. as reply by rocan, MT will go to many deparment. They need to do report about wat they get from each department. the program is around 1 or 2 year period. after the program, based on the performance they will place u at most suitable department. but mostly is at outlet, casino n hotel. then MT will becum assistance manager (AM) or manager, so in executive position in office environment. If in outlet, casino n hotel is more on management environment.

Just to add up some information, after graduation for management trainee (Training period of 1 year), the trainee will become Executive but not up to AM. If for AM would be the young manager programme that developed last time.

For Casino Management Trainee yes, they will become AM but as per latest update they will come out with an Exec level position for them ald. smile.gif

The latest batch of HR MT is just come in at January, so they will graduate at Jan 2010. So within this year there wont be any MT acceptance ald. blush.gif

If for walk in interview better confirm is it at HR department or at Resorts Hotel.

If at Hr department, it located near the skyway.

Try to look for the DIGI shop near the skyway, HR department is located behind the DIGI shop. thumbup.gif

Err, dunno lah.. first i also thought is at HR deparment ger.. but then the officer said is at other place.. Maybe sometimes at HR there n sometimes at resort hotel there guar.. If at resort hotel, it is located at the lobby floor there at the banquet there.
Wah, that day went to there got bout 100 people waiting for interview err..just 10.30am jer ah that time..waited for bout 1 n a half hours for my turn to interview. Err, the position that i applied was the GSA lah.. hehe. I ngam ngam enough 170cm jer.. minimum requirement for GSA is diploma n 170cm for guys..gals is diploma n 160cm.

Don't worry, normally they will take around 2 weeks time to call you, so you wait for calls within these 2 weeks ba. But if after 2 weeks you also didnt receive calls, then you know la..~ doh.gif

Do you know Kampung Restaurant or Resort Cafe? Or Lao Di Fang?

If u know Kampung Rest / Resort Cafe, Resort hotel is just one floor under the restaurant.

If from Lao Di Fang, You need to go straight (Lao Di Fang) at your right hand side, Take the escalator and go down until you see the Resort Cafe / Kampung Rest, after you saw the restaurant, go down by escalator one more floor then you will reach Resort Hotel. The Banquet room will be at the back of the Escalator.

I still new here, just 4 months plus almost 5 months.
