hi, everybody!

i just get the GSA job last week.
my reporting day will be 24th March~ ^^
i'm nervous while interviewing as i was interview for twice in a same day.
first interview is made with hr officer, second interview is made with department manager (should be manager,he only mentined his name only~)

wanna ask,
1. GSA position got meal allowance or not? or is provided only?
(they have mentioned salary, but i forgot to ask them questions le)
2. anyone know how much for OT per hour?
3. anyone in GSA dept? can share experience with me?

tat day the hr officer called me, but she only told me about the salary, medical check and what the things i need to bring on the reporting day only~i still forgot to ask cos too excited~XD cos never tot will be selected, many competitors tat day.. a lot a lot ppl come interview

will find it out while work there next week^^

but the girl calling me didnt ask me to bring medical check result ehh~
the medical check is it those blood check tat kind arr?

ur fren also work in GSA arr? or other dept?

i saw up there got fren received call and email, but i only received call but didnt received email..what is the email all about?
may i ask should i wear formal on my reporting day arr? thinking want to wear jeans leh but scare later kenal scold wearing jeans~ha!!

okay

they told me that i can go for medical check for free while i'm working there, but she didnt mentioned i need to bring my medical check up result on my reporting day. Now i have medical result for blood test tat i did it in my hometown, Sarawak.
Can it be used as medical result? (Blood test only without X-ray)

What does email all about? Is it important thing? or just a reminder for reporting day? On the interview tat day, the interviewer didnt say i will receive mail, but he told me HR will call me. would u mind help me ask ur fren what does email all about?

i apply for permanent in GSA,(under casino marketing), i think i should have signing contract on reporting day gua~
From the phone, she just told me tat i need to report on wed (24th March) at HR dept and others benefit while i'm working at genting.
salary already discuss during interview with department manager le~ He told me RM1885 after probation.


by the way, i didnt get any offer letter on interview tat day. so.. i think tat is why i didnt receive any mails gua..
n..what does salary proposal means? is it expected salary? i also dont have tis kind of thing leh..
How come mine is so diffent geh?!!

hi, tis morning just went to HR dept beside Awana Skyway
because my situation is different with everyone, so just take my experience as a references only ya.
If u r holding a offer letter/ get calls from HR dept, ur are comfirmed and selected le.

why my situation different?
1. i went to Walk IN interview on 13th March (Saturday), after interview i didnt get any thing from the HR officer. Others interviewee was given offer letter if they are selected.
2. besides i didnt get any offer letter, i also didnt receive any emails and other related document. (such as when u start work and others info)


what did i do today?
1. I had to reach at HR dept before 2pm
2. When i enter, i tell HR officer tat i didnt get offer letter on my interview day. (if u had offer letter already, just past to them only)
3. After tat, i fill in offer letter form, then pass to the person who take photograph. (No worries, hr officer will point the person for you)
4. Then i sit there and wait HR officer called.
5. When my turn, i just give my photocopy ic 5pcs, photocopy sijil (ur highest education), then u will be given a register form.
p/s. for those who dont have maybank a/c, recommended open first before u go up, can do at genting also but will a bit slow.
6. Then i take the register form and wait again to take photo, i am apply for GSA, under casino marketing. (FYI croupier dont have to take photo, so can skip tis step)
7. After taken the photo, pass the register form to the Warden. (incharge ur accommodation)
8. Then wait for Warden call ur name, now u will given a ID card and return back ur register form.
9. Now everything is done, just wait and warden will bring u to ur room. (I was accommodated in First World Staff Quarter)
10. when we put and settle all ur stuff to ur room, we are called to theater room for briefing, and tomolo also got orientation.

so far is tat all for now..

i used to stay in first world staff quater, maxis broadband is accessable
now staying in Rsc5 (gals only), maxis is accessable too~

maxis broadband should be ok in genting here~
