Maxis your are really a dissapointment. My case number C19730538. Despite many reports on your mobile 3G/4G network issues problem you are mentioning that i only reported for Maxis Fibre network problem. Your answer is only case escalation. "If you are not satisfied pls look for another network provider".
Your customer care consultants were very rude. Then you guys mentioned there is no solution for this data problem as u agree that u hv very poor network and you guys are not having plans to install a new tower to improvise your service.
To terminate your service I need to pay 750 just to cancel my contract and you are not even giving rebate for me as it is not my choice to terminate as im forced to do upon your poor service . It has been almost 1 month there is no data coverage in seksyen 28 shah alam. Even after reporting to MCMC. Your only answer is we have escalated your case. We are paying for your service. Not using it for free. I need immediate solution for this issues!!
