will a person get diabetics,
how much they need to contain Nescafe 3in1 or milo 3in1?
everyday?

what do u mean contain? when u have diabeties, just avoid drinking those stuff..if u need coffee..then just drink black coffee with milk

i saw some people really can drink nescafe everyday and milo mostly everyday 3 in 1

yes they do but they're just risking itt with their health. their creamer is not good to consume and it contains high amount of sugar. u drinking one sachet a day is fine as long as you dont take high sugar intake for the rest of the day.

1 pack a day enough. In 3 months High sugar blood. Another 3 full blown diabetes. Another 3 months hilang one kaki

i have been an avid drinker of nescafe (tinned mocha and white coffee) for 16 years so far no problem as long as you drink lots of plain water after drinking your coffee.

3-in1 /premix drinks, the main ingredient is sugar.
other than that it's flavourings, stabilizers, milk solids, hydrogenated palm oil and more stabilizers. LOL.

like i said, watch ur daily food intake, one pack a day wont have any issues if you keep your food/drink intake in check for the rest of the day.

u dont get diabetics from that alone la. Unless u feeds on that alone, or drink it like u drink plain water la. It's the overall lifestyle that's the problem. That or u have insulin problem

sugar contains sugar
krimer contains stabilizers, milk solids, hydrogenated palm oil
coffee contains coffee
